MovingRated Pro booking service
Your phone rings while you're mid-lift. We answer it, quote it off your pricing, and book the job — in your company's name.
A missed call isn't a slow month. It's a job you already had, lost, because nobody picked up in time. This service exists for exactly that call.
What we do
We answer your leads, we quote them off your own pricing, we book the job, and we stay with the customer all the way through move day. You do the move. It's your company's name the whole time. It works on whatever's bringing you calls — your phone, your website, your referrals. You choose what routes to us. No software, nothing to install, no new systems for you to run.
What it costs
Nothing up front. Nothing monthly. You pay 20% of the job's final value, and only once that job is done — and only on jobs we book. A job that cancels, or never happens, never costs you a thing. Work you book yourself is never billed.
Each evening, you get one itemized request for that day's completed moves, due on receipt. Pay it by Payoneer, PayPal, or a direct bank transfer. Most of the time you're settling it the same day your customer already paid you. If a day's request goes unpaid past the next day's cut, new bookings pause automatically until it's settled — jobs already booked stay supported and still bill on completion. Unpaid more than 7 days, the service is suspended and your line forwards back to you; more than 14 days, we end the service. Once a completed job is billed and paid, that's final — we don't come back later and ask for more.
Your customers' money never touches our hands
Your customers pay you directly, on your own payment methods, same as they always have. We never hold, collect, or process a dollar of your customers' money or card details. We bill you a service fee on completed jobs we booked — nothing else.
We onboard a small number of companies at a time
Someone has to actually answer your line well, in your name, off your pricing. So we cap how many companies we take on, and we never take on more than we can answer properly. Signing up puts you into onboarding — a real person walks you through your pricing playbook, your routing choices, and your line before anything goes live.
