Who we are

MovingRated Pro is operated by Aurum Transfers Limited, a private limited company registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica (No. 128348), trading as MovingRated Pro. Address: Ocho Rios, Saint Ann, Jamaica. This policy covers pro.movingrated.com and the mover pages we host.

Browsing

We run no analytics, no ad trackers, and no third-party scripts that watch you. Browsing sets no cookies. One exception: when you subscribe or sign in, we set a single session cookie so you stay signed in. It identifies your account and nothing else.

Forms

If you submit a claim, quote, or signup form, we store what you typed (such as name, email, phone, note, USDOT number) so a person can respond, plus your browser's user-agent string for abuse prevention. Quote requests on a mover's page go only to that mover. We use form data for nothing else and delete it on request.

Text messages

If you tick the SMS consent box, we record that consent and text you account and appointment updates only. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Opting out is honored immediately and permanently.

No mobile information will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used only to send you the messages described above.

Phone calls

Calls to our line that reach voicemail are recorded and transcribed so we can call you back. The recording and transcript go to our team inbox and nowhere else.

If you tick the call-me-now box on a form, an assistant using an AI-generated voice calls you once at the number you gave, about your request only. It identifies itself as an AI at the start of the call. That consent is not a condition of purchase, we record when and how you gave it, and telling the assistant not to call again is honored immediately and permanently. We never cold-call, and the AI never calls anyone who did not ask for a callback.

Payments

Subscriptions and one-time domain purchases are billed by PayPal. Card and bank details go directly to PayPal; we never see or store them. PayPal's own privacy policy governs that data.

Domain registration details

If you buy a domain through us, we register it in your name (you are the registered owner). To do that we collect and use the registrant contact details you enter at checkout — your name, organization, postal address, email and phone — and submit them to our domain reseller (name.com) and the domain registry, as ICANN requires. Some of these details may appear in the public WHOIS/RDAP directory unless a privacy option is enabled. We keep these details only to register and manage your domain, and we remove them from our own records once registration completes. The registrar may email you to verify your address; that verification is between you and the registrar.

Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run the service: Telnyx (calls and texts), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), PayPal (billing), and our hosting infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We sell data to no one.

Public records

Mover pages are rendered from public FMCSA records (carrier census, authority history, licensing and insurance filings). These are United States government public records; we display them with their retrieval date and correct or remove display errors on request.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account is active and lead data while the mover it belongs to has an active page. Email us to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you — handled same-day.
